One of my favorite Frugal Eats is at Hopmonk Tavern during happy hour. My "usual" is the 2 fish tacos for $3.75 and the 16 oz. house beer for another $3.75. I order the fish tacos on corn tortillas, instead of the flour they come on. This is an amazing deal. Dinner for $7.50!
Happy hour is M-Th 3-6 PM
