Stark's Steak & Seafood Happy Hour - Santa Rosa
One of my absolute favorite happy hours is at Stark's restaurant in Railroad Square. Their happy hour is Monday-Saturday from 3-6 PM. Stark's won "Best Happy Hour" in the 2016 Press Democrat readers poll. The happy hour tap beer is $2.75, their Beefeater Martinis are $3.50 (limit 2 per guest) and house wine is $6.00. There are other specialty cocktails ranging from $5-$7.00 including their popular Moscow Mule available only Monday-Wednesday.
Stark's does not skimp on their portions. All appetizers are $6.00. I typically share one appetizer with a friend and order one for myself or share 3 different ones. You will leave satisfied!
